I have requested a delivery, what time can I expect it to arrive?

Our truck goes out once a day Mon - Sat mornings (we do not do afternoon deliveries). You will receive your turf before 12pm (unforeseen circumstances aside). If you require a more specific time we can send an SMS with ETA tracking when the driver is on their way.

The area I am looking to turf has little to no sunlight. Which variety would be best for me?

We would always advise to look at an alternative option to fresh turf if the area is getting less than 4 hours sunlight per day as this will most likely die out.

Our shade tolerant varieties require a MINIMUM of 4 hours direct sunlight daily.

Where can I look at physical examples of your turf?

Drop us a call and we can advise you of public locations around Darwin and surrounding areas that we have provided turf for.

How long can I leave the turf before laying it?

We advise laying the turf as soon as you can from delivery/collection so it is at its freshest!

Can I wet/hose my turf while it is on the pallet?

Never WET the turf while still rolled, this will cook your turf.

What if there is an emergency and I can't lay my turf that day?

We recommend:

Storing it in a coolroom.
If the area isn't ready - lay it somewhere it can be watered and moved again soon.
Selling it and ordering it again for another day.

How much turf is on a pallet?

50m2 of turf per pallet.

How much turf is in a roll?

Approximately 1 m2 per roll. Approx 60cm x 1.7m.
